Our Customer Cloud provides a complete maintenance portfolio for one of the fastest-growing & largest retailers in the UK. Cloud service their retail customer who has over 210 stores nationwide, offering 65,000 products across 16 different departments to their consumer customers.

Maintaining this large quantity of stores requires a reactive and diverse maintenance service with often short turnaround times. As a result, Cloud requires a managed hire provider who can react quickly, source, plan and guarantee the right equipment at the right time, delivering to multiple sites nationwide.

Our Customer Cloud provides a complete maintenance portfolio for The Rank Group (Owners of Grosvenor Casinos venues & Mecca venues), which includes cooling, heating, fire alarms, decorating, lighting and more. Cloud services all of these venues nationwide, which include over 125 sites. In the event of any maintenance requirements at any of these sites, Cloud will survey all of the systems and our hire department will work in partnership to deliver the correct equipment at the right time, enabling the maintenance to be completed quickly and efficiently.
